In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your main tasks will include:
- Financial Tracking: Assist with daily bookkeeping and core accounting tasks.
- Data Verification: Post cash receipts, expenses, and various financial transactions while verifying accurate entries.
- Quality Control: Review invoices, bills, vouchers, and other crucial documents for corrections and discrepancies before entering them into the system.
What we are looking for (requirements):
- Experience: 6+ months of recent, hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to operate a Ten-Key by touch with high accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: A highly professional demeanor, exceptional organization, and a sharp eye for detail.
