Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are both welcome
- Experience in school settings, pediatric healthcare, or related fields
- Proficiency in addressing a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in your preferred grade range
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward goals
- Consult with educators and parents to maximize student success and advocate for best practices
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with local and state guidelines
