Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorder symptoms, including depression and anxiety, to evaluate their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients on developing personalized treatment plans that outline specific objectives and strategies for managing their conditions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.

• Provide education on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to clients and their families, empowering them to participate actively in the treatment process.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of clients during treatment, making data-driven adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing clinical mental health services, particularly in mood disorders.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, with a focus on CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive yearly salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
