Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.ResponsibilitiesBasic Function – Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service.Accounts ReceivableMaintain accounts.Log and post monthly parker payments.Prepare and make daily bank deposits.Coordinate and collect overdue/outstanding accounts.Support Facility Manager by resolving A/R issues and investigating areas of concern.Assist in preparation of monthly client statements.PayrollCalculate payroll for downtown locations.Enter payroll for assigned locations.Customer ServiceAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as walk-in customer inquiries and transactions.Process mail.Assist Facility Manager with other administrative duties.QualificationsMust be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be a team player and possess an outgoing personality, but comfortable working individually.Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
