Kitchen Manager
$17 per hourHartsburg Grand
Management of overall operations for the back of house. Staff management, food inventory and cost structure, kitchen organization and maintenance, and oversight of training and safety protocols. Experience needed in food preparation and presentation, utilizing fryers and flat top grills to produce consistent quality menu items. Applicants must hold a strong work ethic and work well within a team environment. In addition, candidates will adhere to current Health Department food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and training.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality for all weddings and private events.
Control food inventory, purchasing, and cost management.
Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and adherence to all safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with event and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
2+ years of culinary leadership or management experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control.
Hands-on leadership style and commitment to teamwork.
