Client Human Resources Business Partner III

ADP is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III in San Diego and surrounding areas in Orange County. Responsibilities Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients, proactively providing information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to exceed expectations, setting priorities, multitasking, and following up promptly while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Provide recommendations and educate clients and internal stakeholders, sharing best practices and knowledge with less experienced consultants. Qualifications & Experience At least 5‑8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems‑related organization. At least 5‑8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results. Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication style in both phone and written formats. Experience building relationships with external clients and internal partners, establishing trust and professionalism. Willingness to proactively manage client needs, set priorities, and adapt to changing demands. Preferred Qualifications HR certification or willingness to pursue certification in the first year. Military experience is highly valued and may substitute for required work experience. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range: USD $59,100.00 – USD $120,200.00 per year, commensurate with location, skills, and experience.
