Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US office openings, including needs analysis, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer extension. Develop and maintain local recruitment channels. HR Operations: Process employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions. Maintain personnel files and ensure all practices comply with California labor laws and regulations. Payroll Support: Assist headquarters with US employee payroll data collection, timesheet tracking, and monthly payroll calculations to ensure seamless coordination with HQ finance. Performance Management: Support department heads in optimizing and managing performance metrics, tracking appraisal results, and driving performance improvement plans. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and disputes, serve as a communication bridge between US and Chinese teams, convey HQ policies, and provide feedback on local needs. Training: Organize new hire orientation and product knowledge training as required by headquarters. Administrative Support: Oversee daily office administration (supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of hands-on HR experience in the US. HRBP or Chinese-owned company experience preferred. Familiar with California labor laws, payroll processes, and performance management practices. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English — proficient in Mandarin for communication with HQ and US HR, and in English for legal documents and local employee interactions. Strong data sensitivity and business acumen, capable of independently supporting performance needs across multiple departments. Must have legal work authorization in the US #J-18808-Ljbffr
