Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients—including individuals, couples, families, and groups—utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews, in compliance with company policies and best practices.
\n
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging clients and ensuring a supportive atmosphere during their treatment journey.
\n
• Complete a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, ensuring high engagement while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
\n
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders including case managers, medical professionals, and educational personnel to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
\n
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing professional training to enhance your skills and share insights with peers.
\n
• Engage in community outreach efforts to establish valuable relationships that strengthen our clinic’s presence and impact.

• Communicate promptly with the Clinical Director regarding client needs and operational matters to maintain effective service delivery.

• Contribute to a collaborative and family-like team atmosphere while maintaining your unique professional identity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Must possess a valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Proven experience in completing initial assessments, developing SMART treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in effective verbal and written communication, with an ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
\n
• A strong familiarity with working in diverse environments and with varied client backgrounds.
\n
• Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
