Work Environment\n

This position will allow you to work in a fully remote setting while being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for structured yet flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs, aspirations, and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care practices to promote recovery.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment.

• Maintain confidential, accurate documentation following legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional growth opportunities.

• Advocate for clients, aiding in the destigmatization of mental health issues and addressing their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals suffering from a range of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Your work will encompass providing therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, which may include individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Qualifications\n
