Position Overview As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our growth and success. You'll work closely with our Client Relations team and Project Managers to research, prepare materials, and assist in identifying new markets and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Research and prepare marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports. Maintain CRM data and update as needed. Write, edit, and proofread marketing communications. Coordinate web/social media content and marketing materials development. Assist in coordinating client events. Maintain mailing lists, provide desktop publishing, and archive files. Develop and coordinate graphics; write and edit layout materials. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and database management. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks on a tight deadline. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, engineering, or related field. Minimum of five years of related experience, A/E industry experience preferred. 1+ year of document layout and production experience.
