Salesforce Business Analyst
Talent Groups
Responsibilities Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC Support Salesforce configuration, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and automation Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop training materials, SOPs, and user documentation Required Qualifications 7+ years of Business Analyst experience Hands‑on Salesforce experience (configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards) Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification Government or Public Sector experience Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data governance #J-18808-Ljbffr
