Promotional Event Assistant

AMP Branding is currently hiring a Promotional Event Assistant to support our live campaigns in Springdale, AR. This is an immediate hire opportunity focused on face-to-face customer engagement at events and promotional sites. If you are looking for a role that keeps you active, social, and out in the local areas engaging with people, rather than sitting behind a desk all day, this could be the opportunity for you. A Role With Variety This is not a typical office-based position. While you will begin your day meeting with the team at the office for briefings and training, most of your time will be spent at event venues, retail promotions, and community activations interacting directly with customers. Each day offers a new setting, new conversations, and new opportunities to develop your skills. What You’ll Be Doing: Represent client brands at live promotional events Engage customers face-to-face and introduce products and services Answer questions and build strong customer relationships Generate new sales and contribute to campaign targets Provide feedback from customer interactions to management Sales will be a central part of this position. You will be speaking with customers in person and guiding them through purchasing decisions in a confident and professional manner. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers Comfortable in a customer-facing, face-to-face environment Outgoing, proactive, and people-oriented personality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated with an interest in building sales experience Full product and sales training is provided, so prior experience is not required. We value personality, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people.
