Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ethical virtual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus includes low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Clients may present with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. Your role as a mental health counselor will be pivotal in aiding these individuals in developing skills to enhance their quality of life, fostering lasting change and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. Please indicate your credentials and licensed state in your application (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or a licensed psychologist).

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth platforms for counseling services.

• Access to a computer with adequate video and audio capabilities for conducting sessions.

• A reliable internet connection to support virtual consultations without interruptions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.

• Weekly direct deposit for timely payments.
\n
• For full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend is provided to support your health and wellness.
