We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Mango’s Southern Kitchen & Bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is presented beautifully and served at the proper temperature.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including stations and equipment.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, ingredient prep, and stock rotation.
Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
