As a Client Service Manager , you’ll manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions and support. You’ll play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and growth while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. How You'll Make An Impact Manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Build and strengthen relationships with clients by providing exceptional ongoing support. Lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Identify opportunities to grow revenue by offering additional services and coverage. Collaborate with the Production team to deliver high-quality, timely results. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate insurance and risk management needs. Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and overall business success. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Life & Health License required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner. Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
