Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing care to stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management, among others. Your expertise will help clients navigate their circumstances, enhance their emotional health, and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses will be considered.
\n
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate an online counseling platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is an advantage. A solid understanding of best practices in online therapy will enhance your performance in this role.
