Transactional Senior Practice Assistant

Our client is seeking an 8+ years experienced Transactional Senior Practice Assistant to support HOA attorneys in Transactional Dept.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide advanced legal support and administrative assistance (email, calendaring, word processing, filing, copying, minor research).
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, pleadings, memos, and legal documents from attorney drafts.
- Handle court and external filings, client communications, and maintain calendars, deadlines, and scheduling systems.
- Review and edit client invoices and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Maintain SOPs, act as the point of contact for transactional assistants, and provide backup support across the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of law firm experience supporting Partners/Shareholders preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with legal systems like TABS, PracticeMaster, NetDocuments or similar preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and internet research skills.
