Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluate the mental status of individuals served, tailoring intervention strategies to suit their unique needs.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing de-escalation tactics to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with colleagues in regular staff meetings, contributing to policy development and clinical best practices while participating in ongoing training programs.

• Actively contribute to the Quality Improvement program, ensuring that all services rendered meet high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disturbances. You will implement individualized treatment plans that resonate with the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients, offering empathy and understanding in a non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC within California is essential, along with up-to-date knowledge of professional supervision guidelines.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly in crisis management and therapy, is necessary.
\n
• Demonstrated competencies in individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care methodologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
