Senior HRIS Analyst

Managing the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a key member of the Human Capital Management team, providing ongoing support, system maintenance, and expertise while ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR processes in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the system administrator for Ceridian Dayforce, maintaining configuration and coordinating upgrades Analyze and design complex reports, providing specialized HRIS support for human resources applications Collaborate with various departments to enhance system efficiency and address data integrity issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline At least 5 years of experience in Ceridian Dayforce and its configuration Advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, including report writing and presentation skills Experience with HR analytics and cloud-based document management Project management and systems implementation experience
