Senior Endpoint Support Engineer

Serving as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint support issues, the full-time Senior Endpoint Support (Desktop) Engineer will troubleshoot advanced Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues while mentoring junior technicians in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint support issues Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Windows desktop, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Desktop Support engineers, assisting with escalated incidents Required qualifications 5 - 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Support, or Desktop Engineering Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot Experience troubleshooting complex desktop, hardware, software, and endpoint issues Proven ability to mentor junior technicians and act as an escalation resource Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting Central Time business hours
