Regional Operations Manager Health Systems

Role Description

This position requires the ability to travel to various sites within the U.S. MUST be based in the Southeast region of the U.S. to be considered at this time.

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a highly competent, reliable, operational expert to serve as the Regional Manager, Health Systems (South). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operations of health system pharmacies. This includes:

• Meeting implementation milestones
• Optimizing operational workflows
• Maintaining compliance with legal and accreditation standards

Reporting to the VP, this role serves as a key driver of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and staff development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or pharmacy related field
• Experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy required
• 3-5 years spent progressively building a background in various departmental functions with at least 1 year of experience at a management/leadership level
• Previous pharmacy system/technology experience required
• Experience with the following:
  • System implementation
  • Program management
  • Management of 10+ employees
  • Quality control of operations
  • Audit and corrective action plans
  • 340B
  • Pharmacy purchasing
  • Stakeholder communications
• Must be able to travel
