Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and initial evaluations to understand clients’ unique situations and develop tailored treatment plans based on their needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that client information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients experiencing various mental health issues.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a wide array of clients, including individuals grappling with short-term emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, and relationship conflicts, as well as those managing longer-term mental health conditions. The role necessitates sensitivity and adaptability, as clients will come from diverse backgrounds and may face various life challenges, including substance abuse and psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
