Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients using secure telehealth platforms, fostering a safe virtual space for discussion.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support in times of immediate need, effectively navigating emergencies via telehealth before appropriate resources are activated.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to coordinate client care holistically.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices and integrate new knowledge into your sessions to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Many of our clients present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and post-traumatic stress. Understanding and respecting cultural differences are essential in tailoring your approach for each client, ensuring effective and sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
