Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the mental health concerns and histories of clients, leading to informed clinical diagnoses. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual, group, and family settings. \n Facilitate individual therapy sessions where clients can discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, confidential environment, as well as lead group therapy sessions that foster peer support and communal healing. \n Deliver crisis intervention services to clients in acute crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques and immediate problem-solving strategies. \n Maintain meticulous and secure clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards. \n Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n Engage in ongoing education about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, providing clients and families with advocacy and guidance. \n Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and therapeutic practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who are facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
