Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Valley Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individual family members, focusing on comprehensive interventions.

• Assess and diagnose issues related to addiction, abuse (physical and psychological), grief, loss, family conflicts, job stress, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that guide clients through their therapeutic journey and monitor their progress.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address systemic issues among family members and improve interpersonal relationships.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic health record system.
