Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students as a Registered Nurse in a high school health room setting near Cambridge, MA. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 2:30pm

Essential Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a school setting or similar environment preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to respond calmly to urgent situations
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and guardians
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organization
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and privacy standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency care to students and staff as needed
• Administer medication and manage student health concerns throughout the school day
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to support student well-being
• Educate students on health, hygiene, and wellness practices
• Monitor for communicable diseases and assist with care plans as required
• Ensure the health room is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with school policies
