Position Overview:
A well-established non-profit healthcare organization in Alhambra is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
  
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
  
• Conduct P&L and variance analysis
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify financial information
  
• Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Scienced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within non-profit or healthcare environments
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations
  
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end close
  
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  

Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.05 per hour
