divh2Sales Representative/h2pOur client is seeking a dynamic sales representative for the New England area with a track record of increasing sales and exceeding plan in his/her territory consistently to join our team. Our sales reps are expected to sell compendial chemicals, laboratory products, and custom process solutions in their territory to pharma, biotech, cosmetics/personal care, med device, and other FDA-monitored industries. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a dynamic, and growing company./ppInitiatives you will champion:/pulliTerritory management: Travel is an essential function of the role by visiting current and potential customers; develop strategies and implement plans to grow profitable sales/liliDevelop and maintain effective relationships with multiple internal and external customers/liliAchieve year over year annual sales growth and gross margin targets/liliOperate within expense budget guidelines and policies/liliDevelop new sales business in territory for new and existing customers/liliMicrosoft Office package/excellent PC skills/liliIndependent problem-solving/analytical skills/liliRecord of sales achievements/liliStrong written and oral communication skills/liliExperience with cGMP, ISO, and change control processes would be a plus/liliAbility to apply account development strategies from RD to process/liliDevelopment to production to QC/liliPerform other duties as required/li/ulpTo be successful in this role you will need:/pulliBachelors degree in chemistry, biology, or the life sciences required/liliMinimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience/liliExperience in chemical sales industry a plus/liliA sales background in life science, chemistry, biology, or other scientific products is a plus/liliAbility to travel and lift/carry between 40 60 lbs./liliThis position is remote must reside within this territory/liliWe offer a competitive salary based on experience/liliBenefits include, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, voluntary coverage, wellness plan, 401k/li/ul/div
