About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Pay Rate Range: $65,000.00-$74,000.00/salary

Location: Maple Lake, MN

Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2AM with required overtime.

Position Type: Direct Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus).

3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics or a similar production environment.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read work instructions and blueprints.

Comfortable using basic measuring tools, hand tools, and computers.

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand and walk throughout the shift.

Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and help drive safety, quality, and on-time production. In this role, you'll coach and support employees, improve processes, and ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees.

Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Train, onboard, and develop employees to help them succeed.

Schedule work, monitor productivity, and reduce scrap and rework.

Work closely with planning, scheduling, and leadership teams to keep production running smoothly.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and employee development.

Step in to support production as needed.
