ENA Sr Strategic Account Executive -TRS

Job Summary
This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for an assigned Texas public market. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy. Ensure client is satisfied with product outcomes and services. Responsible for renewal contract negotiations, client and membership retention, and RFP preparation, if needed.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 10+ years' experience in Healthcare Account Management
- Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts
- Sales negotiation and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape
- Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Base Pay Range: $98,300.00 - $147,300.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
