Staff Accountant I

We are seeking a detail‑oriented on‑site Staff Accountant I to provide general accounting support. This is an entry‑level role ideal for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting within a public company. Key Responsibilities Assist with revenue, accounts receivable, and cash processing and reconciliation. Support daily system reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements. Perform follow‑up and resolution of charge backs and customer inquiries. Provide supporting documentation and schedules to internal and external auditors as requested. Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation. Perform other general accounting duties and ad hoc projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (four‑year) in Accounting. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
