Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with established best practices and solution-focused approaches.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health conditions effectively.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest levels of confidentiality and care.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive care to clients.

• Engaging in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to promote best practices and continuous improvement in client treatment outcomes.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources as part of the healing process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
