Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to inform accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a mix of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to the individual client's circumstances.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Offer flexible teletherapy services for clients who prefer or require virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license in the state of Washington, including LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
