Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations on patients to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on symptom management and coping strategies, ensuring continuous evaluation of patient progress through regular follow-ups and assessments.

• Document all treatment records, reports, and relevant clinical information utilizing electronic health record systems in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize specific needs, desired outcomes, and effective strategies for care.

• Coordinate patient referrals and maintain effective relationships with external providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care and support for our patients.

• Engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams for peer collaboration, including participating in chart audits, mentoring team members, and providing training for interns and new staff as directed.

Qualifications\n
