Job Title: Senior Software Developer
Location: Remote - Miami, FL
Duration: 6 Months plus
Job Summary Senior Software Developer (Remedy/BMC Helix ITSM)
- Develop, configure, and support Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM, focusing on billing workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chartfields, financial data structures, and custom billing/invoicing workflows.
- Integrate Remedy/Helix ITSM with ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft/1NFORMS.
- Analyze and reprocess failed billing tasks and workflow items to ensure accurate end-to-end processing.
- Update billing logic, automation rules, and workflow configurations as needed.
- Manage fiscal year-end preparation, including billing rate updates and workflow stabilization for financial close-out.
- Develop or modify dashboards within Remedy/Helix ITSM for enhanced data visualization and reporting.
- Document system changes, configurations, and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
- Work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, especially during fiscal close.
- Utilize strong database management, spreadsheet, and reporting skills to transform data and generate reports.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
