We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced Asset Management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide white-glove support to business users. This role primarily focuses on desktop/laptop support, workstation setup, hardware troubleshooting, and end-user support. Required Skills

- 2-4+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Strong Windows desktop and endpoint support
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
- Multi-monitor and workstation setup experience
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
- Experience supporting financial services or asset management users
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, or similar market data platforms
- Knowledge of OMS/EMS or Aladdin
- Experience providing VIP/White-Glove support
- Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices and peripherals
- Support multi-monitor workstation setups
- Resolve hardware, software, networking, VPN, and access-related issues
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or Jira
- Support user onboarding and equipment deployment
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve complex issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA commitments
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base
