Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial family consultations to identify underlying issues and formulate treatment plans tailored to each family’s unique needs.

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth to families and couples, creating a safe space for open dialogue and constructive discussion.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as Structural Family Therapy or Bowenian Therapy, to guide interventions and propose actionable solutions to identified issues.

• Assist families in developing coping strategies to manage and overcome challenges, whether related to grief processing, parenting concerns, or communication barriers.

• Engage in continuous education regarding cultural sensitivities and best practices in family therapy to ensure that your approach is respectful and relevant to diverse client backgrounds.

• Document progress and outcomes meticulously in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Collaborate with other health care professionals and community resources to offer comprehensive support and referral opportunities as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse array of families varying in age, cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues. You will have the chance to work with clients dealing with relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, emotional disturbances, and transitional life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
