Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location as an unarmed officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset, while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.88 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking lots, loading zones, and perimeter routes, as conditions vary by site. Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and verify that vehicle and/or pedestrian activity follows site protocols. Assist with security-related inspections of gates, doors, fences, and other key areas, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
