Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report security-related concerns, and document incidents according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines. Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping to address security-related issues with courtesy and respect. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
