The role involves delivering high-quality member service, managing private training and supplement revenue, addressing member concerns, handling employee relations, and overseeing scheduling and time‑keeping activities. The manager communicates and enforces company and club policies and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and conduct private and small group training with members. Execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours, and handle sales of training sessions. Service introductory PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff. Generate member prospects in person or digitally to schedule complimentary training appointments. Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. Assist in all revenue‑generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat measurements, seminars, and workshops. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements as set by the company. Review daily club sales performance and employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager and Vice President to identify issues and provide guidance. Administer company policies related to the sales process. Independently schedule and manage client appointments, coordinate sessions, and maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records. Manage personal client scheduling and calendar, handling changes and cancellations. Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions according to their availability. Support club administration and work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches meet revenue and service goals. Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals that align with or exceed company objectives and conduct meetings with coaches to review performance and operations. Handle member service matters including tours of the club, service explanations, and signing members up for training agreements. Perform administrative and housekeeping duties as needed; alert operations staff to repair and maintenance needs. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. Ensure compliance with club operational procedures and conduct compliance checks. Required Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales. Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong customer service focus; respond professionally to guests, members, and staff. Follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly and concisely. Organizational skills; prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Adherence to meal and rest break periods with required clock‑in/out. Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED required; a four‑year degree in a related field preferred. Minimum two years of related experience; management or employee relations experience preferred. Must be available 7 days a week, including mornings and nights. Physical Requirements Regular standing, lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing and walking. Ability to lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs. on a frequent basis.
