You’ll lead all rebate management operations, partner closely with vendors and internal teams, and oversee the technology and workflows that support high-volume rebate accounting. What You'll Actually Do: Develop strong vendor partnerships, enforce contract terms, and ensure timely, accurate rebate reporting and collections Oversee rebate management workflows, technology platforms, and related data tools to support efficient, high-volume processing Track, analyze, and interpret rebate data; build dashboards and reports that demonstrate value to internal and external partners Serve as the escalation point for rebate-related matters and support team members in resolving issues promptly Collaborate cross-functionally to align rebate operations with broader business objectives and ensure timely partner payments Continuously identify and implement process improvements within rebate accounting systems and workflows Mentor and guide 2 talented direct reports To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related 5-10 years of experience in accounting or AR/Collections management Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Background in contract management and vendor compliance Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools Proven people leadership and team management capabilities Track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiencies Experience with rebate management preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and data tools such as Alteryx is a plus Where and How Much: Target Compensation $100K - $120K total all in Monday -Thursday in-office – Denver Tech Center Robust PTO | Strong benefits package | Simple IRA with company match Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Business Development Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at J2T Recruiting by 2x Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr J2T Recruiting
