Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' mental health statuses through comprehensive interviews and evidence-based evaluation tools.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each patient.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring a safe, empathetic environment.

• Utilize your expertise to provide formal training sessions related to mental health best practices for clinical staff.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients.

• Engage patients regularly—monitor their progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, equipping them with coping mechanisms and tools to foster their mental well-being.

• Document patient interactions, treatment sessions, and all relevant communications accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and various other mental health challenges. Cultural competence is crucial in understanding and empathizing with our patients’ unique life experiences, guiding them through their therapeutic journey with respect and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland is essential.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and the capacity to apply evidence-based treatment approaches effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate individual and group therapy, using diverse, culturally responsive methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to help welcome you to our team.
