Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pure Insight Counseling Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to assess client symptoms and determining if further detailed evaluations are necessary.

• Encouraging patient empowerment through choice and individualized treatment pathways, working to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Participating in crisis intervention as required, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.

• Carrying a manageable caseload, monitoring client progress, and documenting treatment plans, sessions, and outcomes to facilitate ongoing evaluation.

• Providing on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring that all clients have access to critical support when needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
