Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to create a safe environment conducive to open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to lead individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring alignment with patient goals and progress.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing counseling, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Perform continuous assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify strategies based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support patients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring appropriate assessment and treatment.

• Facilitate referrals to specialists and coordinate with other healthcare professionals when additional support is required for patient care.

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline. Candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and strong computer skills, including word processing and data management.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities with a strong focus on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 , commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
