Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring the integration of both pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring timely compliance with all reporting requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies to screen and evaluate client needs as indicated by the clinical team’s objectives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of service delivery within the clinic.

• Act as a liaison among community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to facilitate client access to resources and promote program visibility.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote the clinic’s mission, ensuring compliance with contract expectations.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with various agencies to expand program reach and secure new funding opportunities.

• Invest in your professional development by attending relevant conferences and training sessions, representing the organization, and actively participating in community meetings or task forces.

• Promote and uphold the clinic’s philosophy and values in all professional interactions.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
