Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to inform individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to suit each client’s specific circumstances.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, linking mental health clients to additional community resources as needed.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, attending workshops and seminars to stay current with the latest in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with bonuses for exceptional performance.
