Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop action-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to deliver effective therapy sessions that engage clients in their treatment journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current clinical license as an LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
