This Senior Project Manager will join a lean project-management organization responsible for delivering complex enterprise programs with disciplined execution, strong governance, and close partnership across business and technology teams.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead complex enterprise technology implementations and major upgrades from initiation through deployment and operationalization.
• Drive project planning, schedules, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain direct day-to-day ownership of project execution rather than operating solely in a governance or PMO capacity.
• Coordinate business teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners across multiple workstreams.
• Lead requirements, design, testing, implementation readiness, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Identify risks and delivery obstacles early and drive mitigation or escalation.
• Maintain clear project governance and provide concise reporting to senior leadership.
• Support ERP initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as other enterprise-wide technology programs.
• Facilitate structured Agile delivery practices where appropriate.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong project controls and accountability.

Do You Bring Proven Success Leading Complex Enterprise Technology Implementations?

• Approximately 10+ years of technology project-management experience .
• Recent hands-on ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Proven experience leading major enterprise technology implementations or upgrades.
• Senior-level candidates should bring significant experience with ERP or similarly complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives .
• Experience managing projects through planning, design, testing, implementation, go-live, and operationalization.
• Strong project-management fundamentals including risk, schedule, scope, budget, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with technical teams while communicating effectively with business and executive stakeholders.
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.
• PMI certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational discipline, executive communication, and ability to drive results in a structured delivery environment.
