Responsibilities: • • Engage with clients through phone, video, and email to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships. • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed ahead of time. • Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and accurate information to enhance their financial understanding. • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to support client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. • Assist in organizing and executing financial education initiatives to empower clients with knowledge. • Manage and resolve client service requests efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. • Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or financial services setting. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients via phone, email, and video. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and client interactions efficiently. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to document and track client information accurately. • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members and Financial Advisors to meet client needs. • Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple client requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $70,500 yearly

Compensation:
$70,500 per year
