Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices to provide individualized care.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.

• Document client interactions and progress notes in accordance with agency policies and state regulations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, seminars, and supervision sessions, enhancing clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license from the State of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
